Ryan Emrie – Park Place Motorcars – Among Top 40 Mercedes-Benz Stars of Service Champions Nationwide

Ryan Emrie, technician with Park Place Motorcars Dallas, was named among the top 40 Mercedes-Benz Stars of Service Champions nationwide last week. These technicians represent the top one-half percent of eligible participants.

The Mercedes-Benz Stars of Service Championships are a multi-level national competition sponsored by Mercedes-Benz USA to identify the technicians and service advisors best suited to demonstrate world-class knowledge, skills, and teamwork.  The finalists will compete in Jacksonville to determine the 2012 team.

Park Place Motorcars Named Mercedes-Benz Best of the Best

All three DFW area Park Place Mercedes-Benz dealerships win prestigious award.

Park Place Motorcars dealerships in Dallas, Fort Worth and Grapevine each received the Best of the Best award from Mercedes-Benz USA. The Dallas store won the award for the sixth consecutive year. The award honors the top 20 percent of 345 dealers nationwide for outstanding sales, service and customer satisfaction.

“We are very proud to earn this award,” said Neil Grossman, president of Park Place Motorcars. “This is the first time all of our Dallas-Fort Worth Mercedez-Benz dealerships have won this prestigious award the same year. Park Place Brands Fare Well In J. D. Powers Study

Park Place brands such as Lexus and Porsche fared very well with the most recent dependability study from J.D. Power and Associates.  Taking the cake is Lexus, ranking highest in vehicle dependability among all nameplates in 2012.

In addition, the Lexus LS has the fewest problems in the industry.

Porsche was also in the top five.
